This is a very easy yet tasteful meal, which is ready as fast as you want it to be ready.

The trick to make it more delicious is the amount of parsley to add to the peas, so maybe you need to experiment a bit until you find it as nice as you want it.

You can also use frozen peas and of course using fresh peas will be even more delicious. For sure add some water or stock when you use fresh ones.

  INGREDIENTS

  • 1 little tin of peas (net weight 7 oz ; 230 gram)
  • 1 little onion or big shallot : finely chopped
  • about 1 oz (20 gram) butter
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 twig parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  PREPARATION

  1. Heat the butter and add the onion. Fry until onion becomes shiny.
  2. Add peas, parsley, sugar, pepper and salt. Add some water or stock or use some liquid of the tin can. (3 tablespoons)
  3. Simmer with a lid on the pot until ready.
